Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Executive or Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Singapore. The role involves managing full‑set accounting functions, supporting audit and tax compliance, and contributing to our finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare journal entries, balance‑sheet schedules, and monthly reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and monitor construction‑related retentions.
• Issue customer invoices, manage collections, and coordinate progress billing.
• Assist with annual audit, GST filing, and other statutory reporting.
• Support system upgrades, process automation, and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Provide reception coverage when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the built environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
