Accounts Executive – West Region

About the role

The Accounts Executive (West) will support the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position plays a key role in cash management, month‑end closing and audit coordination while providing general administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain petty cash records, process monthly supplier, salary and ad‑hoc payments.
• Record all cash and cheque transactions promptly in the accounting system.
• Manage full sets of accounts, including receivables, payables and general ledger.
• Oversee the fixed‑asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Execute month‑end closing tasks such as bank reconciliations and preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Review intercompany transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare audit schedules, support external auditors and supervise year‑end audit and corporate tax filings.
• Administer monthly payroll, CPF submissions and staff reimbursements.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
• Minimum two years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder liaison.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience in financial reporting.
