Accounts Receivable Administrator

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Administrator will support the Finance Operations team by managing invoicing, cash collection and related accounting activities for our global customers. Reporting to the Head Office Financial Operations, you will ensure accurate billing, timely collections and proper month‑end reconciliations while collaborating with commercial, contract and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis based on customer usage data and contract terms.
• Analyse usage reports, reconcile discrepancies and ensure billing aligns with contractual agreements.
• Perform month‑end procedures including general‑ledger account reconciliations and allowance calculations.
• Interpret customer contracts and translate them into appropriate invoicing structures.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for assigned regions, contacting customers and internal stakeholders to collect outstanding payments.
• Resolve billing queries by working closely with commercial, contract and product teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support their implementation.

Required profile

• College diploma in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency with SAP and/or Salesforce is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Mandarin is required.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and how entries affect the general ledger.
