ACMV Engineer – Singapore

About the role

Conexus Studio is seeking a skilled ACMV Engineer to join its Singapore office. You will be responsible for designing and coordinating air‑conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and related systems for office renovation projects, ensuring they blend seamlessly with interior design concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed ACMV drawings, schematics and specifications, including ducting, piping and equipment layout.
• Coordinate with interior designers to integrate ACMV systems without compromising aesthetics.
• Review shop drawings, adjust designs for site conditions and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Plan and manage resources, subcontractors and teams to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
• Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Prepare tender presentations and define project scope from tender documents.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing ACMV systems for office environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• AutoCAD for drafting ACMV designs.
• Cooling load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations for HVAC systems.
