Admin Assistant / Clerk – Accounts Support

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Admin Assistant/Clerk to support our Accounts and Sales teams. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth financial operations for our sanitary, lighting, and bathroom solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily sales reports with precision.
• Record sales transactions, pricing, payment settlements, and related data.
• Issue invoices for completed or fully paid sales orders.
• Process credit notes, cancellations, and delivery returns.
• Update delivery status and monitor outstanding sales records.
• Reconcile sales reports between AutoCount and Excel.
• Maintain the daily Climate Vouchers Report.
• Liaise with showroom sales and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in admin and accounting functions.
• Meticulous, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
