Administrative Assistant – Project Support

About the role

Redwood Interior is looking for a proactive, organised Administrative Assistant to support its project teams in a dynamic, project‑driven environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to project teams.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements, packing lists, delivery schedules and logistics documentation.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders through the company’s ERP system.
• Organise departmental meetings, project discussions and client visits, handling scheduling, logistics and meeting documentation.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, meeting minutes and other project‑related documentation.
• Maintain and update project records, databases, trackers and filing systems for proper document control.
• Monitor and follow up on project‑related administrative matters to ensure timely completion.
• Perform general office administration duties and provide ad‑hoc support as required.

Required profile

• Relevant administrative and project support experience (advantageous).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Familiarity with interior fit‑out or project‑based environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Calendar, Mail).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
