After School Student Care Teacher (Chinese & Maths)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic After‑School Student Care Teacher to support primary school children (Primary 1‑6) with Chinese language and Mathematics. The role is based in Punggol and involves creating a safe, engaging learning environment after school hours.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the centre’s curriculum and enrichment programmes in line with its policies and philosophy.
• Guide students to complete daily homework and monitor academic progress.
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s development and address individual learning needs.
• Prepare and organise teaching resources, ensuring a tidy and stimulating classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and centre staff.
• Ensure the safe transfer of students from school to the centre and maintain on‑site safety standards.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Centre Director.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience with primary school students.
• Ability to teach both Chinese language and Mathematics to primary levels.
