Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology programmes. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical guidance, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise applications in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team projects using Agile, Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, client expectations and escalation paths.
• Oversee financial aspects of programmes, including cost, effort tracking and resource utilisation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Review architecture, code quality and integration patterns to uphold technical standards.

Required profile

• 10-15+ years of experience in technology delivery or engineering management.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex technical programmes.
• Prior hands-on experience as a Tech Lead, Architect or Senior Engineer is preferred.
• Strong exposure to client-facing delivery roles.
