AI Adoption & Change Navigator

About the role

Micron's AI Adoption & Change Navigator supports international teams in adopting AI solutions consistently across regions. The role delivers coaching aligned with regional time zones, customizes training materials for cultural and linguistic relevance, and builds networks of local AI advocates so that international teams receive the same hands-on support as U.S. teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site or time-zone-aligned assistance to global teams before and after AI tool implementation, running office hours or clinics during regional working hours.
• Adapt training materials and guidance to cultural relevance, collaborate with the central training team to localize examples and use cases, and provide translations or bilingual support where needed.
• Offer region-specific coaching and training to leaders and teams, and identify and develop local champions to promote AI adoption.
• Gather feedback from international users on challenges such as network access, compliance requirements, language barriers and differing work practices, and advocate for the resources or adjustments needed.
• Connect teams and departments across regions working on similar AI initiatives and support communities of practice to share success stories and best practices.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in customer success, user support, change management or a related field, with proven involvement in international or multicultural environments.
• Patience, trust-building and empathy, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Preferred: experience launching or managing technology adoption initiatives across several countries, and familiarity with regional AI regulatory considerations such as data privacy laws like GDPR.
