AI Automation Engineer Intern

About the role

Join the Innovation team at Aumovio to help design, develop, and maintain AI applications and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will gain hands‑on experience building AI‑driven RPA bots, automating business processes, and contributing to research and innovation in the mobility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop AI/software applications and the necessary APIs.
• Identify automation opportunities, design and integrate RPA bots with AI models, APIs, databases, and third‑party systems.
• Test, debug, and optimise performance of both AI applications and automation workflows.

Required profile

• Comfortable with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js) or Java.
• Curious about AI and Large Language Models and interested in modern AI approaches.
• Basic understanding of software and web concepts, including APIs, HTTP and REST.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, ask questions and improve through hands‑on work.
• Good problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently with mentor guidance.
