AI & Automation Specialist – AI Transformation & Automation

About the role

The AI & Automation Specialist will lead AI adoption across the firm by designing intelligent workflows, building AI‑powered tools and automating key business processes. Working with departments such as Accounts, HR, Sales, Marketing and Operations, you will enhance productivity and decision‑making through AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI agents to automate internal business operations.
• Design AI‑first workflows for multiple departments.
• Develop internal AI tools that improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Create end‑to‑end automations using APIs, AI models, MCPs, n8n, Make and other orchestration platforms.
• Identify manual processes that can be eliminated or significantly improved with AI.
• Train and support employees in adopting AI solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for business applications.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience building AI agents and workflow automations.
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions across multiple business functions.
• Strong passion for AI and ability to stay updated on the latest developments.
• Ability to learn new AI technologies quickly and work independently.
• Project management capability with minimal supervision.

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Salary up to S$5,500 basic plus up to a 2‑month variable bonus.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Location on Jurong Island, Singapore.
