AI HR Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an AI HR Trainer to design and deliver competency‑based training programmes that blend human‑resource expertise with emerging AI technologies. The role involves both in‑person and virtual sessions, helping HR professionals adopt AI tools to improve recruitment, performance management and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver WSQ‑aligned training modules on HR processes and AI applications.
• Facilitate workshops and webinars, ensuring high learner engagement and satisfaction.
• Create real‑world case studies and project‑based assessments that integrate tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and DeepSeek.
• Monitor and report on training outcomes using productivity metrics and workforce analytics.
• Stay current with AI advancements, data privacy (PDPA) and ethical AI guidelines relevant to HR.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of adult education or workforce development experience, preferably in HR or AI‑related courses.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning or Organisation Development with exposure to AI tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or related field.
• Mandatory ACTA/ACLP certification; additional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) or data‑analytics/AI credentials are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI conversational tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and DeepSeek.
• Ability to apply AI prompt engineering for HR tasks like recruitment automation and performance reviews.
• Experience using workforce analytics and productivity metrics to drive decision‑making.
