AI Learning Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑driven solutions that enhance curriculum creation and automate operational workflows. The role will partner with academic, operations, and IT teams to drive efficiency, scalability, quality, and compliance across our training operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch AI agents to support curriculum development, assessment creation, and workflow automation.
• Identify automation opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders and develop AI‑assisted templates for course outlines, learning outcomes, assessments, reporting, and trainer processes.
• Integrate AI and automation tools with existing platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, and related systems.
• Ensure AI‑generated outputs meet WSQ/SSG, EduTrust, and internal quality‑assurance standards, establishing validation processes, documentation, and audit trails.
• Provide training, guidance, and change‑management support to promote adoption of AI tools.
• Monitor implementation outcomes, capture efficiency gains, gather user feedback, and continuously improve solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, or training operations.
• Experience in curriculum development, adult education, or learning‑and‑development environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
