AI Research Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch’s AI research team in Singapore for a six‑month internship. The role offers hands‑on experience in a corporate R&D environment, supporting ongoing AI projects and learning from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate state‑of‑the‑art statistical analysis, machine learning and deep learning methods for process optimisation.
• Conduct technical discussions to deep‑dive into problem statements.
• Support data collection, preprocessing and preparation for experiments.
• Propose concepts using suitable AI methodologies to address identified pain points.
• Develop and validate proof‑of‑concept solutions.
• Prepare project updates, presentations and demonstrations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Available to work full‑time for six months starting July 2026.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related field.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• Familiarity with software architecture concepts.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
