AI Trainer & Course Developer – Full-time, Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer & Course Developer to join our in‑house team in Singapore. The role combines delivering practical AI training to individual learners and corporate clients with end‑to‑end development of new AI courses and curricula.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AI training sessions for individuals and corporate clients, adapting content to varied technical levels and facilitating practical exercises.
• Design, develop and own new AI courses, curricula and training programmes, including learning objectives, lesson plans, assessments and supporting materials.

Required profile

• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI applications such as Generative AI, AI productivity tools, prompt engineering and automation.
• Proven experience delivering training, workshops or professional learning programmes and developing course materials.
