Lead Trainer & Course Developer – AI Training

About the role

Lead Trainer & Course Developer will deliver AI training to individuals and corporate clients, design and own new AI courses, and raise training quality across the team at Vertical Institute in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging AI training sessions for individual learners and corporate clients, adapting content to varied technical levels.
• Develop end‑to‑end AI curricula, lesson plans, practical activities, assessments and supporting materials.
• Establish and maintain high standards for training delivery, mentor other trainers and share best practices.
• Continuously review and improve existing courses based on learner feedback, industry developments and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure programs meet client requirements and incorporate emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) required.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI, including generative AI, productivity tools, prompt engineering or automation.
• Proven experience delivering AI workshops, classes or professional learning programs.
• Experience developing AI courses, curricula, learning objectives and assessments.
• Leadership experience mentoring or coaching other trainers is preferred.
