AI Trainer (Korean) – Remote, $11/hr

About the role

This short‑term contract position focuses on evaluating and improving a personalization feature for a large language model. You will work remotely, using your Korean language expertise to assess how well the model incorporates personal data into multi‑turn conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑turn conversational prompts that require the AI to use personal information and past interactions.
• Assess the model’s ability to generate relevant, helpful, and naturally personalized responses.
• Analyze model outputs for grounding issues, such as flawed inferences or hallucinations.
• Perform side‑by‑side evaluations and rank model responses based on helpfulness and naturalness.
• Write clear rationales referencing specific conversation turns and verify debug information.
• Maintain data hygiene by deleting evaluation conversations after completion.

Required profile

• Experience in data annotation, AI quality evaluation, content moderation, or related fields.
• Strong Korean reading and writing proficiency.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable personal data sources for assessment.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
