AI Workflow Designer

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an AI Workflow Designer in Singapore, working in a hybrid arrangement with about two days per week in an HPE office. The role leads the design and standardization of enterprise-grade AI-driven workflows, builds multi-agent ecosystems, sets design frameworks and accelerates AI adoption through platformisation and capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI workflow standards, design principles and best practices
• Design scalable multi-agent ecosystems that support autonomous decision-making and orchestration
• Create workflow design playbooks, frameworks and reference architectures
• Promote modular design, asset reuse and platform-based development across the AI Center of Excellence
• Explore emerging agentic AI technologies and approaches
• Mentor and coach cross-functional teams on AI workflow design

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, AI or a closely related quantitative discipline
• Typically 10-15 years of experience
• Strong exposure to high-tech supply chain and solid process-mapping and transformation project experience
• Experience leading research initiatives, publishing papers or contributing to open-source AI projects, and mentoring engineers
• Ability to communicate product architectures and design proposals to senior management

Required skills

• Fundamental AI and ML concepts: supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, statistical modeling
• Data preparation: wrangling, feature extraction, dimensionality reduction, handling missing values
• Data visualization tools and techniques
• End-to-end model lifecycle management
• Knowledge of frontier AI concepts such as agents and co-work
