Air Procurement Executive

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Procurement Executive to support its Air Products service. The role involves coordinating with airlines, securing rates, and maintaining strong carrier relationships to ensure efficient air freight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate airline allocation, scheme rates, and related administration.
• Procure rates and provide them to the Tender Desk and Air Customer Service team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market rates and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage carrier relationships and monitor carrier performance.
• Report on carrier performance and provide market insights on current buy rates.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree preferred.
• Ability to plan strategically and organise buying rates and airline capacity.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Positive, honest, and open communication style.
