About the role

The Airport Baggage Operations Driver ensures safe and efficient movement of passenger baggage between the terminal and aircraft at Changi Airport. This entry‑level position offers full training and a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate baggage handling vehicles to transport luggage between the terminal and aircraft.
• Load, unload and dispatch baggage to the correct flights following operational and safety procedures.
• Verify that baggage is delivered accurately and on time to support flight departure schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicles used.
• Report any incidents or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 GCE “N” Level credits.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual baggage loading.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
