Airport Screening Officer – Fixed Shifts, Training & Bonus

About the role

The Airport Screening Officer ensures the safety and security of personnel, passengers and vehicles at Changi Airport. You will work on fixed shifts, receive full WSQ‑certified security training and be eligible for performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Manning static and access control points.
• Checking passes, identification cards and other documents.
• Screening personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
• Patrolling and guarding client personnel and property.
• Operating metal detectors, explosive detectors and X‑ray machines at checkpoints.
• Issuing visitor and contractor passes.
• Responding to alarm activations and incidents such as unattended bags.
• Monitoring CCTV feeds and maintaining incident records.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a willingness to work 12‑hour rotating or permanent shifts.
• Ability to follow security protocols and maintain vigilance.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff and visitors.
