Analyst – Customer Analytics & Transformation (MRPA)

About the role

The Analyst will drive customer‑centric insights through advanced data analytics and visualisation. You will translate complex datasets into clear, intuitive dashboards that support business growth, customer strategy and senior‑level decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, product‑holding and portfolio trends to generate actionable insights for acquisition, retention and profitability.
• Develop, enhance and maintain high‑impact visualisations, dashboards and self‑service analytics for senior management and business users.
• Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives that highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of business and management reports.
• Partner with Business and Product teams to deliver performance analytics, including product‑bundling patterns, attrition drivers and retention strategies.
• Collaborate on projects to build robust, efficient datasets for analysis.
• Contribute to automation and standardisation of analytics and reporting processes.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity and consistency across all outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong understanding of customer analytics, marketing analytics and performance measurement.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, innovative and able to work independently or within cross‑functional teams.
• Effective stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leadership.
