Human Resource Assistant

As a Human Resource Assistant you’ll gain exposure to recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Post job advertisements, actively source candidates, and identify potential talent for current and future openings.
• Recruitment Coordination: Review applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and schedule interview panels with hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the process, provide updates, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Onboarding & Engagement: Assist with new‑hire onboarding, coordinate training sessions, and support team‑building activities.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR documents, and track hiring progress in the HR system.
• HR Reporting: Generate basic recruitment metrics and assist in preparing reports for management.
