Analyst Lead, Pricing

About the role

FIS is looking for an Analyst Lead, Pricing to support commercial pricing, deal structuring and contract review for Capital Markets solutions across new business and renewals. The role combines financial modeling and commercial analysis with market and benchmark data to evaluate deal economics and recommend pricing. It works across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Services and Delivery to balance growth, margin and revenue quality while promoting consistent pricing governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis and support deals from initial pricing request through contracting, building financial models and scenario analyses across software, services and managed services, and evaluating margin, revenue and commercial trade-offs.
• Apply pricing frameworks, benchmarks and guardrails to deal situations, review exceptions and contract commercial terms, and recommend discounts, ramps, payment terms, renewals and services assumptions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Services and Delivery on commercial negotiations, and communicate risks, options and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Use deal, discounting, benchmark and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, and report on margin quality, throughput and pricing performance.
• Drive operational improvements through stronger pricing processes, documentation, data quality, standardization and automation, improving cycle times, approval efficiency, auditability and consistency.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, deal desk, financial analysis, revenue operations or a related analytical role, supporting pricing, quoting or commercial decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics or a related field.
• Preferred: experience in capital markets, fintech, SaaS or other technology-enabled services; experience with pricing tools, quote-to-cash processes or commercial operations in a large cross-functional organization.
• Sponsorship of a work visa is not available.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of enterprise deal structures, discounts, ramps, payment terms, renewals and services pricing.
• Preferred: business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, CRM data, dashboards and pricing datasets.
