About the role
Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory team in Singapore is seeking an Analyst to support transaction management for Asia‑based clients. The role offers exposure to both primary fund‑raising and secondary advisory activities, working alongside senior bankers on multiple deals simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare presentation and marketing materials for private fund‑raising and secondary transactions.
- Assist senior bankers with deal origination, due diligence, financial analysis, and execution.
- Support client interactions, including the preparation of materials and coordination of meetings.
- Manage multiple client engagements across different transaction phases.
- Travel periodically as required to meet clients and support deal processes.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent judgement and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle several projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and deal work.
