- Support store development by collating drawings, specifications, contractor quotes, fit-out costs and construction schedules, and track milestones, budgets and procurement timelines.
- Support property acquisition, development and renovation feasibility models, budgets and cash flow forecasts when retail consulting is quieter.
- Keep templates and documentation consistent, follow up on outstanding inputs and flag risks early.
Required profile
- 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, property analysis, retail analytics or a Big 4 or consulting analyst role.
- Understanding of retail or property economics such as sales per square metre, gross profit, rent, occupancy costs, lease terms and fit-out costs.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear, client-ready reports.
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, able to manage several projects and deadlines and to work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely with stakeholders across time zones.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel, including financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, formula auditing and error checking.
- Data cleaning, reconciliation and validation across multiple sources.
- Desirable: experience with multi-site retailers, franchises, shopping centres or retail consulting; familiarity with Southeast Asian markets; project scheduling, Gantt charts and procurement tracking; Power BI, Power Query or SQL; store fit-outs, construction costs, feasibility studies or an accounting qualification.
