Analyst/Associate, Assistant Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

About the role

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is looking for a highly motivated team player with corporate finance skills to join its Singapore team in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division. The role supports the Singapore Local Corporate businesses by assisting relationship management and coverage of clients across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the relationship management and coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients in various sectors
• Support execution of corporate financing transactions for corporate clients
• Prepare client presentations and develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching
• Prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval processes
• Assist with reviewing and negotiating legal documentation, including commitment papers and credit agreements

Required profile

• Degree qualified
• Analyst: minimum 2 years' experience in the banking and finance industry
• Associate: minimum 4 years' experience in the banking and finance industry
• Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate finance
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow

Required skills

• Proficiency in credit analysis and documentation
• Experience in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments
