APAC Communications Business Partner

About the role

The APAC Communications Business Partner will design and execute integrated communications strategies across the Asia‑Pacific region. Acting as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders, you will help translate business priorities into compelling messages for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communications strategies aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, positioning, and audience engagement.
• Lead media relations, build relationships with journalists, and identify storytelling opportunities.
• Create high‑quality executive communications, including speeches, briefings, articles, videos, and presentations.
• Manage internal communications to drive employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives.
• Support digital and social media efforts, amplify leadership profiles, and enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and execute communications for regional events, campaigns, and sponsorships.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders and manage external agencies.
• Track communications effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics and provide optimisation recommendations.
