APAC Communications Manager

About the role

Braze is seeking an APAC Communications Manager to lead regional communications strategy and execution across Asia‑Pacific. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, you will shape the brand narrative, drive awareness of Braze’s AI‑powered customer engagement solutions, and ensure consistent storytelling that resonates with local markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy for key APAC markets, highlighting Braze’s leadership in AI, customer engagement and marketing technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier media, analysts and influencers across business, tech and trade outlets in Singapore, Australia, South Korea and Southeast Asia.
• Localise and pitch global narratives for APAC audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
• Partner with global communications and local PR agencies to amplify regional initiatives.
• Identify speaking, interview and panel opportunities for Braze executives and regional leaders.
• Support the creation of talking points, bylines, op‑eds and contributed content that position Braze as a thought leader.

Required profile

• Proactive, creative communicator with a deep understanding of the APAC media landscape.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse markets.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take accountability and embrace new perspectives.
• Excellent collaboration skills across global communications, marketing and local teams.
