APAC Executive Marketing

About the role

Stripe’s Asia‑Pacific Marketing team is looking for an Executive Marketing leader to act as the high‑touch bridge between senior Stripe leadership and the region’s most strategic customers. The role focuses on positioning Stripe’s executives as thought leaders, driving C‑suite engagement, and translating those relationships into measurable business outcomes such as brand consideration, deal acceleration and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional Executive Account‑Based Marketing frameworks targeting high‑value, in‑market accounts and buying groups.
• Craft tailored engagement plans for senior enterprise executives, digital‑native start‑ups and ecosystem stakeholders to reinforce Stripe’s leadership in financial infrastructure.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of executive hospitality and events, from private dinners to large‑scale conference engagements, ensuring each experience drives deeper C‑level relationships.
• Define objectives, success metrics and scope for major executive programs such as Stripe Sessions, Tours and Customer Advisory Boards.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams with Sales, Product and Leadership to showcase new solutions and market trends to executive audiences.
• Develop and execute strategies for executive thought leadership and social media presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive‑level marketing or account‑based marketing within the APAC region.
• Strong track record of building and managing C‑suite relationships and high‑impact events.
• Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate executive engagement into business results.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with sales, product and senior leadership teams.
