APAC GCIB Talent Team Intern

About the role

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group's Global Corporate Banking Division for Asia (GCIB APAC) Talent Team is recruiting an intern for its Talent Team internship, running from 11 January 2027 to 30 June 2027. The team works closely with business heads to align talent strategy with business strategy, runs talent development and mentorship programmes, and oversees the internship and trainee programmes. The internship is based in Singapore and is open to Singaporean and PR students only.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Talent Team in planning and executing learning and talent development programmes across GCIB APAC.
• Help identify training interventions and talent retention programmes with GCIB APAC staff and leaders.
• Monitor training effectiveness through surveys, feedback and data analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Support the Graduate Trainee Programme by reviewing rotation schedules and coordinating regional assignments.
• Help run engagement activities for GCIB Singapore interns.
• Support talent analytics through data collection, report preparation and analysis of workforce and talent insights using Power BI and Excel.
• Create communications promoting learning opportunities, talent initiatives and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline, with a strong interest in talent management and development.
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal communication and writing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, PivotTables and VLOOKUP is advantageous.
