APAC PMO/PVSM Lead – Johnson's Baby Portfolio

About the role

The Senior Manager, Portfolio Management for Johnson’s Baby in the APAC region will lead the brand’s portfolio governance and project delivery in line with Kenvue’s operating model. Reporting to regional leadership, the role partners with global marketing, R&D and supply‑chain teams to drive product innovation, lifecycle strategies and supply‑chain performance across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an integrated project portfolio that meets business growth objectives and regional franchise targets.
• Lead portfolio resource allocation assessments at global and APAC levels.
• Own end‑to‑end transfer of new products and processes from R&D into the supply chain.
• Act as a cross‑functional liaison to co‑create aligned inter‑regional and intra‑regional portfolio strategies.
• Shape collaboration between cross‑market teams to deliver against the operating model.
• Drive cost and inventory optimisation across product life‑cycles.
• Facilitate the global Johnson’s Innovation Governance Forum in line with standards.
• Ensure data integrity in the portfolio management system together with project teams.

Required profile

• Middle‑management level (Senior Manager) with proven portfolio or program management experience.
• Strong ability to work with global marketing, R&D and supply‑chain functions.
• Experience in product lifecycle strategy, regulatory compliance and supply‑chain optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
