APAC Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

ByteDance’s Real Estate & Facilities team is looking for an APAC Real Estate Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end workplace construction projects across the region. You will be responsible for delivering office spaces that support a healthy, efficient, and sustainable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own all project phases from requirements gathering, budgeting, design, construction, vendor procurement, cost negotiation, to commissioning and close‑out.
• Develop project designs, schedules and capital‑expenditure justifications while aligning with IT, Physical Security, Admin and Food Services.
• Establish efficient processes and approval workflows, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings and create executive status dashboards.
• Ensure punch‑list completion, compliance with corporate sourcing, contracting, budgeting, approvals and payments, working closely with Procurement, Cost and Legal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Familiarity with basic project‑management frameworks and workplace construction fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems, FF&E specifications and APAC building regulations.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed and a current right to work in Singapore.
