APAC Regional Sales Effectiveness Program Manager

About the role

The APAC Regional Sales Effectiveness Program Manager will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of sales excellence initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region. This role partners with sales leaders to boost capability, streamline processes and drive predictable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and refine sales effectiveness programs covering activity management, value proposition, selling skills, opportunity management, account planning and pipeline discipline.
• Lead APAC roll‑outs of global sales excellence initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s framework.
• Define, standardise and maintain core sales processes such as opportunity funnel management and value selling.
• Drive adoption of CRM and digital sales tools, improve data quality and monitor process compliance.
• Design KPIs, produce dashboards and analytics, and work with regional leaders to identify and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with country sales leaders, marketing, operations and global sales excellence to harmonise improvement efforts.
• Lead change‑management activities, create communication plans, training materials and enablement guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in sales excellence, commercial operations, program management or B2B sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of implementing regional or global sales effectiveness programs.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of sales processes (lead management, funnel discipline, account planning, pricing, customer development).
• Experience with CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
