Application Developer (Techno-Functional)

About the role

The position is for a techno‑functional Application Developer who will design, develop and maintain both new and existing applications within the Services division. The role focuses on creating and evolving the IRIS API and supporting wealth‑management solutions such as portfolio analysis, order management and advisory functions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write technical specifications for development teams (Unix, Java, TX maps).
• Develop Triple A core objects, Actuate reports and other components.
• Design, develop and maintain IRIS APIs, ensuring security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimise performance and support production (L3) environments.
• Prepare technical delivery and support documentation for L1 teams.
• Participate in code reviews, functional testing, UAT and post‑deployment activities.
• Coordinate development, testing and support teams and contribute to strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in private banking or asset‑management IT development.
• Strong understanding of wealth‑management domains (securities, FX, portfolio management, payments, pricing, credit, tax).
• Experience with business analysis and project management processes.
