Architect – Advanced Technology & Life Science Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design, detailing, and tendering of architectural packages for advanced technology and life‑science projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and on‑site supervision from concept through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Design, detail, specify and assist tendering for full architectural packages.
• Liaise with client teams on design issues and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Administer sub‑contractor contracts on site from inception to handover.
• Support site personnel on technical and coordination matters during design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with local authority codes and produce tender specifications.
• Mentor Architectural Designers and Graduate Architects to build a skilled workforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in design and/or construction of architectural services systems.
• Experience with fast‑track projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, standards, and authorities’ submission procedures.
