Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large construction projects in Bedok. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates; monitor spend, approve invoices, variations, and procurement.
• Manage contracts and stakeholders; negotiate and resolve contractual issues while maintaining client communication.
• Lead site teams, assign tasks, supervise contractors/subcontractors, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; address site issues promptly.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and handle delays, disputes, and emergencies.
• Track performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing medium to large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority processes.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, risk, and resource management abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM tools.
