About the role
We are seeking a qualified Architect to join our team and drive the design development and documentation of local projects. The role involves close interaction with local authorities, consultants, and the project supervision team to ensure compliance and successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in design development and preparation of project documentation.
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and coordinate the consultants’ team during project implementation.
- Support the Qualified Person (QP) in project supervision activities.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong design and detailing capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Revit.
