Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator supports the Architect and Project Manager by supervising all architectural activities on the construction site. This role ensures that work carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors aligns with project specifications, drawings, schedules, quality standards, and material usage.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor architectural works on‑site to verify compliance with specifications, drawings and the approved work programme.
• Ensure quality requirements, standards and efficient use of architectural construction materials are met.
• Coordinate daily with the client’s representative, consultants, subcontractors, other trade coordinators and the BIM (Building Information Modelling) team.
• Lead and manage a team of construction coordinators to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Report progress and any issues to the Architect and Project Manager for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA).

Required skills

• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes.
