Architectural Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Coordinator to support the Project Director/Manager in delivering high‑quality building projects across Singapore. The role involves coordinating design details, managing shop drawings and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Manager in coordinating design detailing between clients and consultants.
• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work, including shop drawings and BIM models.
• Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies and method statements, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to mitigate conflicts and ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and authority requirements.
• Manage scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in line with the Master Programme.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for procurement management.
• Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to facilitate work transitions.
• Inspect ongoing work, monitor rectifications and supervise progress of shop drawings, samples, mock‑ups and materials.
• Coordinate QM/CONQUAS assessments and compile hand‑over documentation, including as‑built drawings.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural finishing work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Meticulous organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach.
