Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will act as the bridge between design and construction teams, ensuring that architectural intent is faithfully translated onto the site. You will support senior architects, monitor on‑site progress, and help resolve design conflicts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors for timely resolution.
• Monitor on‑site architectural work, report deviations, and assist in preparing method statements and technical reports.
• Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions, approvals, and as‑built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project design intent.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines during project meetings.
• Support senior architectural staff in design optimisation and value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
