Architectural Executive

About the role

Join a dynamic team that shapes urban environments and creates meaningful spaces for communities. As an Architectural Executive you will support senior architects in delivering high‑quality design solutions from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Associate/Architect in executing design and management strategies.
• Coordinate inputs from all parties, review designs for regulatory compliance, and maintain project timelines.
• Conduct pre‑design studies, site and zoning analyses, and develop designs that meet client briefs, budgets and authority requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, tender packages, material specifications and schedules of finishes.
• Manage construction‑stage activities, resolve site and design issues, and oversee project handovers.
• Support business development initiatives and promote environmental sustainability best practices.
• Perform Qualified Person duties under Singapore's Building Control Act where applicable.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) or a recognised Graduate Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, building codes and standards.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and handling project administration.
