Architectural Project Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Project Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for all architectural design activities, ensuring that drawings, specifications, and construction work align with client expectations and regulatory requirements. This role involves close collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and on‑site teams to deliver high‑quality architectural outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority requirements.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and liaise with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Prepare and submit detailed drawings, material samples, and mock‑ups for early approval.
• Ensure all architectural works follow approved drawings, specifications, and interface details with related trades.
• Create and maintain project template files to uphold standards.
• Prepare transmittals for drawing submissions to subcontractors.
• Update revision status and compile as‑built drawings upon project completion.
• Conduct minor coordination of architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Verify on‑site execution matches construction drawings and attend material, sample board, and shop‑drawing reviews.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience after tertiary education in architectural construction supervision for projects of similar scale.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent field.
• Willingness to be based at the site office.
