Architectural / Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural / Project Coordinator to lead design development and manage project delivery for architectural works in Singapore. The role combines conceptual design, feasibility analysis, and on‑site coordination to ensure projects meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept and schematic designs and produce feasibility studies.
• Prepare tender documents, schedules and material specifications.
• Engage with clients to discuss project requirements and present design proposals.
• Lead and, when appropriate, manage a team of architectural staff.
• Monitor on‑site progress, resolve issues and ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Maintain design quality and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Architecture or equivalent from a Board of Architects Singapore‑approved university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore BCA BIM e‑submission processes and guidelines.
• Additional BIM modelling or management training is a plus.
