Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architectural Supervisor will oversee on‑site construction activities, ensuring that all works comply with approved drawings and regulatory standards. This role involves close coordination with subcontractors, inspectors, and the project team to maintain quality and safety throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and invite RTO inspections for kerb, plastering and related works.
• Monitor and follow up on subcontractor skimming activities.
• Verify that approved drawings are correctly applied to wet‑trade elements.
• Inspect reinforced concrete (RC) structural work prior to casting, with particular focus on kerb installations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by senior supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Relevant qualification or trade certificate such as a Diploma, NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting certification.

Required skills

• RTO inspection coordination.
• Construction drawing review.
• Reinforced concrete inspection.
• Knowledge of kerb and plastering works.
