Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architectural Supervisor will lead and coordinate all architectural and structural activities on construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Reporting to the Project Manager or Site Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all structural and architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors, handling supplier and subcontractor issues.
• Coordinate inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Plan, program, and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants for execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and implement safe work procedures to control risk.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in residential building projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS assessments.
• Knowledge of Quality Marks assessment procedures.
• Understanding of construction safety standards and practices.
