Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architectural Supervisor will oversee the preparation, coordination and quality control of all architectural documentation for our construction projects in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between design teams, consultants and the site crew to ensure that design intent is faithfully executed.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings and material submissions for compliance with project requirements and local building codes.
• Manage drawing distribution, revision control and ensure the latest approved documents are available to site teams and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve clashes between architectural, structural and MEP systems during design and construction phases.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction work aligns with design intent, approved samples and quality standards.
• Provide technical solutions for on‑site architectural issues, including sketch details or alternative proposals.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives, and distribute minutes, progress reports and action trackers.
• Assist in developing architectural work schedules and monitor progress against milestones, flagging potential delays and recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Professional level experience in architectural supervision or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
