Area FP&A Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Area FP&A Manager will support financial planning and analysis for Abbott Nutrition in the Pacific Asia region. This position is central to regional consolidation, performance analytics, and financial reporting, partnering with affiliates and leadership to drive insight‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A reporting cycles across actuals, plan and latest best estimate (LBE).
• Consolidate regional financials including sales, P&L, SG&A and brand‑level P&L.
• Perform e‑commerce reporting consolidation and maintain sales/P&L reference files.
• Extract and validate data from SAP, Oracle or other financial systems for reporting accuracy.
• Analyze financial commentaries such as DSO, DOH and balance‑sheet items.
• Manage cost‑center reporting, forecasting and capital‑expenditure requests.
• Prepare presentation materials and deliver insightful analytics for leadership reviews.
• Partner with affiliates across the region to provide FP&A guidance and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting or FP&A, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation and planning processes.
• Experience in consumer healthcare, FMCG or nutrition industries is a plus.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
