Assistant BIM Manager / BIM Manager – Architectural

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant BIM Manager / BIM Manager to lead architectural BIM initiatives across our office and projects in Singapore. You will support the development, implementation and enforcement of BIM standards while ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assist BIM Manager(s) in creating and maintaining office‑wide BIM standards, templates and electronic file submissions.
• Provide quality control for all BIM drawings and supervise Revit specialists to ensure compliance with standards.
• Deliver BIM training, on‑the‑job coaching and orientation for new staff and project teams.
• Prepare BIM Execution Plans, monitor BIM implementation progress, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM meetings, generate clash detection reports, and verify contractor compliance with FM BIM specifications.
• Undertake additional office‑wide and project‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in BIM management or architectural design.
• Diploma in Architecture (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of planning and building codes, regulatory submissions and processes.
• Highly organized, methodical, and able to work autonomously.
