Assistant Business Development Manager – Foods

About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to support the growth of Unilever’s food portfolio in emerging and underserved markets. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with customers to develop Joint Business Plans and drive profitable sales across retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own Joint Business Plans (JBP) with each customer.
- Deliver sustainable and profitable growth across all retail touchpoints.
- Identify new opportunities in underserved geographies, channels and consumer segments.
- Collaborate with business groups and units to align strategy, marketing and supply‑chain initiatives.
- Support the launch of new brands and innovations in targeted markets.
Required profile
- Experience in business development or sales within consumer‑goods environments.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess market opportunities.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance teams.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a drive to serve underserved markets.
